He has held significant leadership roles, such as General Manager at notable establishments like Hotel Viajante in Mozambique and the Shangri-La Group in Jeddah. His expertise encompasses operations and financial management, team building, and client servicing, with a proven track record in optimizing performance, developing standard operating procedures, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Mumtaz possesses a comprehensive educational background, holding a B.Com in Advance Accounting and Auditing from Gujarat University. His skills include hotel operations management, budget control, and marketing strategies, complemented by fluency in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Arabic, and Gujarati. He aims to leverage his vast experience in a senior management position within a 5-star hotel or restaurant chain, where he can contribute to operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.
