Aloyce Kessy is an experienced audit and assurance professional with over 10 years of experience in various industries including logistics, insurance, trading, manufacturing, and hospitality. Currently, he is serving as an Audit Manager at RSM Eastern Africa, managing client portfolios worth $500,000 and leading a team of over 20 audit staff. Prior roles at RSM Eastern Africa include Audit Supervisor and Senior Associate. Earlier in his career, he held positions at MAK Solutions and Darworth Limited. He holds an Associate Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA-PP) certification and has been honored as the best student at the Institute of Finance Management. His skills include financial reporting, analysis, risk assessment, strategic planning, and leadership. His professional goals include obtaining a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and further developing his proficiency in data analytics tools.
