Selemani Jafari Jongo is a motivated graduate seeking an internship in Human Resource Management or related field. He has a BSc in Public Administration and Management from Mzumbe University and a Diploma in Local Government Administration and Management. He has work experience as a Human Resource Trainee at the Tanzania Ports Authority and as an Assistant Ward Executive officer. His roles involved budget preparation, report writing, and community project supervision. He has conducted research on citizen attitudes towards police performance. His skills include leadership, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and proficiency in office suite and statistical software. He has participated in various conferences and earned multiple awards for excellent leadership and discipline.
