Maarufu is a motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management from Mzumbe University, where he achieved a GPA of 3.5. He has diverse work experience, including roles as an Enumerator for World Vision Tanzania, a Data Clerk at Humuliza Organization, and a Customer Service Representative at CRDB Bank. In these positions, he demonstrated strong skills in data management, customer relations, and communication, while also contributing to various projects related to health services and banking. In addition to his professional experience, Maarufu possesses critical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili. He has a keen interest in the agricultural sector, NGOs, retail sales, banking, and financial services.
