Rashidi holds a BSc in Applied Agricultural Extension from Sokoine University and has a strong academic background. He’s had practical experience as an agriculture officer, notably with Pangani district and Amboni plantation. He’s fluent in Swahili and English, and possesses managerial and problem-solving skills.
