Irene is an experienced executive in the marketing, sales, and business growth sectors with a history of delivering successful multi-million dollar projects in Eastern Africa and the USA. Her achievements are exemplary in numerous industries, including investment banking, real estate, automotive, and FMCG. She excels in developing market opportunities for niche and mass-market products and managing stakeholders’ expectations. High-profile successes in her career include building the Renaissance Capital team in Kenya, managing capital raising up to 1.2B KSH for Unicorn Capital, expanding markets for Goldman Sachs & Co., increasing the market share of the Jaguar Land Rover brand, amongst others. She currently works as a Market Sales Consultant at The Radical Leap Group and has previously held prominent roles at organizations like Refinitiv, Regus Kenya Limited, and Goldman Sachs & Co. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Bryn Mawr College.
