Currently, he leads the Sun N Sand Beach Resort & Convention Centre in Mombasa, Kenya, and has previously held positions such as Pre-Opening General Manager at IPrime Residence in Zanzibar and General Manager at Golden Tulip Zanzibar Resort. His competencies include strategic planning, budget management, staff training, and enhancing guest relations, with a proven ability to improve operational processes and maintain high service standards. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Sudhir has a solid academic background complemented by practical experience in various hotel operations roles. He is fluent in English and has elementary knowledge of Swahili, which aids in his communication in diverse environments.
