Kristin is an experienced Operations Manager with a decade in the hospitality sector, currently working at Le Méridien Frankfurt. She has held various roles, including Human Resources Manager, where she was responsible for HR management, recruiting, and personnel administration. Kristin’s professional journey began with a dual professional training in Hospitality Management, culminating in her recognition as Germany’s best professional trainee in 2018. She possesses strong analytical skills and is dedicated to enhancing guest experiences and team operations. In addition to her professional roles, Kristin is actively involved in extracurricular activities, such as chairing the Next Gen Business Council Central Germany and serving as an examiner for professional training in Hospitality Management. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology while continuing her commitment to personal and team development.
