Juzer is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 5 years of international experience, primarily in management roles across various hotels in Ireland and Uganda. Currently serving as the General Manager at Hotel Horizon in Entebbe, he has demonstrated strong leadership skills by overseeing all hotel departments, managing staff training, ensuring high service standards, and implementing operational procedures. His previous roles include Rooms Division Manager at Fairway Hotel and Operations Manager at Golf Course Hotel, where he focused on optimizing guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency. Juzer possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has undergone various hospitality training programs. He is proficient in multiple hotel management systems and computer applications, which complement his extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu, he is committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering a collaborative team environment.
