About me

Bhupendra is a seasoned General Manager with over 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotel operations, asset management, and boutique hotels. He has a proven track record in budgeting, human resources, crisis management, and revenue management. Currently, he serves as the Pre-Opening General Manager at Argyle Grand Hotel in Nairobi, where he successfully opened a new 5-star luxury brand and conceptualized an expansion plan. His previous roles include General Manager positions at Louvre Hotels Group and Best Western Premier, where he significantly increased revenues and improved operational management systems. Academically, Bhupendra holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Makerere University, along with a diploma in Hotel Management. He has achieved notable recognition, including creating a world record for the longest egg roll and receiving awards for strategic performance during the pandemic. Fluent in several languages, he is also skilled in various IT applications pertinent to hospitality management.
