Sayuni is an experienced professional with over two years in operations and program administration within the NGO sector and additional expertise in human resources support, international staffing coordination, and financial management. With a strong foundation in project management, budget planning, and monitoring, Sayuni has effectively overseen budgets and administration for programs such as Group Prenatal Care and Well Girl, as well as provided HR support including contract management and onboarding for international volunteers. Her proficiency in Microsoft Office, combined with her ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, is reflected in her successful track record in both the NGO and hospitality sectors. Throughout her career, Sayuni has progressed from roles in hotel booking operations and customer service to managerial positions in tour operations and guest relations. Notably, she contributed to the enhanced guest satisfaction and operational efficiency at Baraza Resort and Melia Zanzibar Hotel. Sayuni has a passion for reading financial education books, engaging in adventures, and developing early childhood education skills.
