He also has an International Computer Driving Licence from the Institute of Advanced Technology. He has previously worked as an Operations Manager at Hagon Restaurants, a Branch Manager at JavaHouse Africa, and a Customer Service Supervisor at Planet Yoghurt Kenya. Eric can handle diverse responsibilities, including supervising workflow, setting targets, budget management, customer acquisition, retention, and employee monitoring. He is also adept in market research and staff recruitment.
