About me

Joanitha  completed her Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management from St Augustine University of Tanzania in 2022. Augustine has work experience as a receptionist and tour guide at the Tanga Heritage Centre, and she is skilled in receiving guests, giving briefs, and solving customer complaints. She also has experience from her internship at Wag Hill Lodge and Spa, where she worked in teams and handled customer interactions. She has developed strong customer service and communication skills, as well as computer literacy, research, teamwork, motivation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Her career goal is to contribute to the success of the tourism and hospitality industry. She has also conducted research on labor shortage and skills in the hotel industry.
