About me

Salum Issa Ally is a Tanzanian chef born on 17/04/2004 in Dar er Salaam. He is proficient in English and Kiswahili and has basic skills in Italian. His academic qualifications include a certificate of kitchen training at Palumbo Reef Training Institute, a certificate as a chef guide from Institute Worldwide College, an O-level certificate in secondary education from Malela Secondary School, and a primary school certificate from Kongowe Primary School. Salum has worked as a chef at the Palumbo Reef hotel in Zanzibar from June 2023-June 2024, where he gained experience in menu development, food preparation, kitchen management, team leadership, and culinary creativity.
