Ahmad is an experienced chef with a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, having completed his education at various institutions including the Zanzibar Institute of Tourism Development. He has held multiple positions from commie chef to executive chef in various esteemed hotels and restaurants across Zanzibar and Kenya. His professional journey reflects significant expertise in food production, kitchen management, and team leadership.

 

In addition to his culinary skills, Ahmad is known for his punctuality, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor. He is fluent in Swahili and English, and enjoys hobbies such as food preparation and football. Currently, he is working as a senior sous chef at Ako Group of Company Geita Gold Mine, with plans for further career advancement in January 2025.
