He has successfully led pre-opening projects for 11 hotels across various countries and is passionate about creating innovative dining experiences. His expertise includes menu development, food safety, team management, and financial oversight, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, Avinash has held various significant roles in renowned establishments across the UAE, Qatar, and Senegal, showcasing his leadership in culinary operations and event coordination. He is multilingual, fluent in English, French, and Mauritian Creole, with a foundational knowledge of Hindi, further enhancing his ability to work in diverse environments.
