Hamid has a strong background in Arabic, African, and continental cuisine and has attended several training sessions, including food safety and hygiene seminars. He holds a Certificate in Food and Beverage Production from the Zanzibar Institute of Tourist Development and is fluent in English, Swahili, and Arabic, making him a versatile asset in any culinary environment.
