Kumar has worked in prestigious establishments across India and the UAE, demonstrating strong leadership skills while managing multinational teams. His notable achievements include maintaining food costs below budget, receiving a HACCP Gold Certificate, and being part of the winning team for the Dubai Quality Award.
Throughout his career, Kumar has held various roles, including Sous Chef and Chef De Partie, where he was responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and ensuring high-quality food standards.
