Fortinata is a Tanzanian female with a background in education from Mwananyamala B Primary School, Biafra Secondary School, and Green Pasture College. She possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service abilities, and experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and cashiering. Her career includes working as a Pastry & Bakery Commis Chef/Sous Chef from 2017 to 2020, followed by a position as a Restaurant Cashier at Aga Khan Hospital from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to her professional experience, Fortinata has a keen interest in learning new things and traveling.
