Rishi is a culinary professional with a goal to work in management, bringing skills in leadership, communication, and staff management to a dynamic hospitality environment. He started his career in 2004 at Indian Resorts & Spa, advancing from Assistant Cook to Chef de Cuisine. Following this, he served at Lux Resorts & Spa between 2014 to 2020, earning promotion from Executive Sous Chef to Executive Chef. He has also held the position of Executive Chef at Sea Chef Cruise Line, and AIDA Cruise Company, and was part of the task force opening team at Hilton Kinshasa.

He holds several professional qualifications from the Hotel School of Mauritius, including certificates in food hygiene, restaurant operation, and personal hygiene. He is bilingual in English and French, and describes himself as ambitious, patient, reliable, and a team player. His interests include gym, reading, music, and internet surfing.
