About me

Tuma Miraji Juma, a Tanzanian national, is an experienced chef proficient in food production and beverage service. They obtained a technician certificate of food production and beverage service from Zanzibar’s Jambiani Tourism Training Institute. Tuma gained culinary experience while working at Xanadu Villas Zanzibar and Melia Resort Hotel Zanzibar, preparing various dishes, desserts, and breakfasts. They also held positions as a shopkeeper at Shine Outfit Morogoro and as a hair designer at Darling Hair Industries Dar Es Salaam. Besides culinary skills, Tuma is competent in Microsoft Office, risk management, customer service, and coordination. They are ready to work with commitment, professionalism, and integrity. They are fluent in Swahili and English.
