Blessing Chuma is a hardworking and quick-learning professional who excels in teamwork and time management. She has a strong educational background from Oxford Combined College and WSET (International Wine Education Centre), where she earned a level 2 award in wines. Her work experience spans the wine industry, hospitality, and customer service. She served as a wine steward and waitress at Cape Town Fish Market, an agent at Emarald Faarufushi Resort & Spar, and an agent at Retail Capital. In these roles, she conducted wine tasting procedures, managed customer relationships, and operated as the primary point of contact for e-commerce clients. Chuma also worked briefly as a product promoter for NFE Fundraising Company, Bata, and Woolworths, and as a waitress at Spur. Her skills include communication, customer experience, multitasking, wine education, conflict resolution, teamwork, wine tasting, and event planning.
