Ilona Dronne is an experienced Customer Success Manager with cross-functional skills in project management and customer service. Between Sep 2018/July 2019, she worked as a Junior Digital Marketing Project Manager with La Poste, focusing on customer relationship management and marketplace development. Her other professional roles include being a Sales Assistant at KIA IDF AUTOMOBILE SUFFREN and a Deputy Director at EPHAD KORIAN. Currently, she works as a Customer Success Manager at METRO FRANCE, handling incoming requests, developing client marketplaces and managing a portfolio of 800 clients. She is skilled in organizing webinars, working independently and collaborating efficiently. She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management with a specialization in marketing/media/communication and is competent in English and German.
