Shaa is a dedicated food service professional with 12 years of experience in hospitality and customer service. He has worked in various roles within the restaurant and hospitality industry, from being a waiter to a restaurant manager. His key skills include customer service, payment processing, training and development, and knowledge of restaurant procedures, food, and drinks. He has worked at Neptune Pwani Beach, Jafferji House Spa, Best Western Plus, Ocean Grill Restaurant, and most recently Jafferji Hotel Spa. He has undergone additional training in guest welcoming and telephone operation, and displays strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Abdalla holds several educational qualifications, including a certificate from the Zanzibar Institute of Tourism Development. He is also bilingual, fluent in both English and Swahili.
