Kailash is an Executive Chef with 20 years of culinary experience, specializing in global cuisine, including BBQ, pizza, pasta, sizzlers, sushi, and Indian dishes. He has held key positions in several prestigious establishments in Zanzibar, such as Savera Beach House and Our Zanzibar group of Hotels, and has a strong background in restaurant management, staff training, and menu engineering. Kailash is recognized for his leadership skills, ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Kailash holds a B.H.M from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Hyderabad, India, and has undergone industrial training at Ramada Caravela Beach Resort. He is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, and Swahili, and possesses technical knowledge in various software applications. His mission emphasizes flexibility and teamwork in a culinary setting, ensuring effective collaboration with new employees.
