Vijaypal Singh Tariyal, born in 1979, has amassed over 18 years of multi-culinary experience. Equipped with expertise in Indian, Continental, Asian, and African recipes, he also engages with various Food & Beverage operations—ordering, stock control, store-keeping, and restaurant service. He has significant experience in team-building, in-house training and customer relationship management within hotels and restaurants. His capabilities extend to general cleaning hygiene, staff payroll management, catering to diverse cultural palates, kitchen cost control, and menu planning. He also specialises in training local staff in Asian cuisine. His work history showcases a journey from Assistant Executive Chef at Sunrise Hotel, India (1999-2000) to Group Trainer Chef at Fox Safari Lodges and Camps (2023). His academic qualifications include a Diploma as a Chef and a degree in Hotel Management. Vijaypal is fluent in English, Kiswahili, Hindi, Punjabi, and Garawali.
