About me

Pradeesh is an experienced Executive Housekeeper proficient in several computer programs and adept at dealing with diverse cultures. He holds a diploma in Hotel Accommodation and Operations from the Food Craft Institute, Kerala. His experience includes his current role at the Emerald Maldives Resort and Spa, where he maintains 120 Villas, handles Laundry Operations and Public Areas, and leads 55+ Team members. Here, he achieved remarkable cost savings and high audit scores. Previously, he served as a Housekeeping Manager at The Diplomatic Club, Qatar and Constance Moofushi Resort, Maldives, producing notable contributions like the “No Plastics in Housekeeping” policy. His early career includes roles at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels, Qatar, Fairmont Raffles Hotel, Seychelles, and Constance Ephelia Resort, Seychelles and Royal Palm Hotels Towers and Villas, India. Under his guidance, his employers have won several awards, including “1st Place as All-Inclusive Resort – World Category” at Emerald Maldives Resort and Spa.
