About me

Naveed  is a seasoned hospitality professional with experience in managing housekeeping at upscale hotels in international chains. Specializing in the stages of pre-opening and laundry functions, his skillset extends to problem-solving, decision making, data assessment and conducting presentations to senior management. He also has experience in productivity framework design and development and driving service quality for customer satisfaction.

Joining Waves Hotel in KSA as Director of Housekeeping in September 2023, Naveed assumed responsibility for training, maintaining cleanliness and managing resources within the housekeeping and laundry department. Prior to this, he held multiple positions at different hotels such as the Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Conventions and Address Hotel and Anjum Hotel, and Executive Housekeeper at Swiss-belsuites, among others.

His responsibilities spanned across various tasks that ensured the smooth running of a hotel department – from staff recruitment and training to cleanliness and appearance, management of guest supplies, liaising with purchase department and resolving guest complaints.

Naveed holds certifications in various training courses such as First Aid, Hospitality, Basic Food Hygiene and Fire Fighting. He is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other hotel management tools. His references include managers and directors from renowned hotels such as Jumeirah Hotel Makkah, Pullman Maldives, and Madinah Hilton Hotel KSA.
