Hamza Ali is a Kenyan national currently employed as the Head Housekeeper at Jouri Murwab Hotel since 2022. His management career spans close to two decades with various positions in housekeeping, notably as the Executive Housekeeper for the World Cup Event 2022 with Qatar Global Sports Events and the Cluster Executive Housekeeper for Gold Bay Hotels and Hospitality Group. Ali has been part of the pre-opening teams of several hotels, including The Address Dubai Mall Hotel and Marina Yatch Club in U.A.E, distinctively handling numerous guest rooms. He is computer literate and proficient in using various software including MS Office and Opera. Ali has earned several accolades for excellent service and holds a diploma in Public Relations. His leadership skills, strong work ethic, and ability to motivate people mark his professional capabilities.
