About me

Amit Duhoon is an Executive Housekeeper currently working in Uganda. He has an extensive background in hotel management, beginning his career as a Room Attendant in 2005 and eventually rising to his current role. He has international experience, having worked in India, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, and Uganda. His responsibilities include overseeing housekeeping operations, implementing procedures, controlling expenses, planning and coordinating activities, setting budgets, and training staff. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and proficient in various computer programs including MS Office and hotel management software. Among his achievements are appreciation letters from management, an integrity and honesty award, and timely renovation of 72 suites. He is also fluent in English and has a valid passport until 2026.
