Ravindra Kariyawasam holds extensive experience in managing housekeeping operations, with a track record at renowned hotel chains like the Marriott, Accor Hotels, Hilton and the Millennium Plaza Hotel amongst others. His tenure spans geographies from Sri Lanka, Dubai, Qatar to Kuwait. His prominent responsibilities have included managing large housekeeping teams, developing efficient cleaning programs and maintaining hygiene standards. He has managed budgets and inventory, led staff development initiatives and ensured operational efficiency. He also has experience in overseeing the establishment of new housekeeping departments. He holds a diploma in Hotel Housekeeping Operations. He has proficiency in English, Hindi and Sinhala languages.
