About me
Suman is a seasoned hotel professional with 20 years of experience in rooms management, working across 6 hotel companies in 4 countries. He was Executive Housekeeper at Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila from September 2019 to February 2021 and Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, Dubai from August 2016 to September 2019. He resulted in cost savings, exceeded budget targets, and contributed to sustainability initiatives. He was recognized as one of the Power 30 Hotel Executive Housekeepers in the Middle East for two consecutive years and was nominated for the Hotelier Middle East Awards in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a diploma in Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, and multiple professional certifications.
