About me

Ziaul is a seasoned hospitality management professional specializing in hotel operations and housekeeping with over 20 years of experience. He has worked for multiple hotels and resorts in different roles, including Executive Housekeeper, Sr. Executive Housekeeper, and Housekeeping Manager. His most recent employment is as the Executive Housekeeper at Hotel Lakeshore (Heights) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has a proven track record of developing procedures, service standards, and operational policies. His educational qualifications include a high school diploma from Bamna Govt Degree College, a National Housekeeping & Laundry Course, and a National food & beverage service course. Beyond these, he has completed several additional qualifications and on-job training programs related to his field. He’s proficient in using MS Office and hotel management software like Fidelio and Opera. Ziaul is fluent in English, Hindi, Bangla, and Arabic.
