About me

Biplab Ghosh is a dedicated Housekeeper with well over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His expertise includes housekeeping, front-of-the-house operations, team management, organizational skills, and quality assurance. Ghosh has been recognized for his work in the industry, receiving awards such as Employee of the Year by FRHAI in 2015. Ghosh has worked with major hotel chains and has been part of two key pre-opening hotels. He currently serves as the Executive Housekeeper for Lohono Stays by Isprava, managing operations of 145 ultra-luxury villas. Ghosh has completed various certificates and trainings, including an ISO certification and a Train the Trainer programme by Swissotel. He holds a degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition.
