About me

Joshua is a seasoned hospitality personnel specializing in housekeeping and hotel management. With over 20 years of experience in city hotels, lodges, and five-star beach hotels, his responsibilities have included personnel handling, service regulation, operational management, and coordination of housekeeping. Joshua has also worked on controlling labor costs, maintaining a clean environment, liaison with various parties, and assisting in arrivals and room allocation. He has held several Executive Housekeeper roles at various hotels, climbing from starting positions such as Room Steward and Floor Supervisor. Joshua received his education from Mwakirunge Primary School and Tudor Day Secondary School, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Hotel Management.
