Debashish is a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager, skilled in leadership, planning, learning, and team building. He has held managerial positions in various 5-star establishments such as Tagidor Hotel & Spa, Tamimi Global, and Hotel Sarina, demonstrating his capacity to effectively handle F&B operations, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Prior to his managerial roles, he was a Restaurant Supervisor at Sheraton Hotel and Divan Hotels, overseeing daily operations and staff training.
He also has experience as a Banquet Sr. Waiter at Radisson Blu, and started his career as a hotel trainee. He holds a Bachelor in Hotel Management with a specialisation in food and beverage. He is competent in using property management systems like MICROS and OYSES and comfortable with Microsoft Office programs. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
