Francis is a dedicated hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management, operations, and training. He has a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through effective team leadership and a strong understanding of financial management and food safety. His education includes advanced and basic training in Food and Beverage Service and Sales from Kenya Utalii College, alongside a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.

 

Throughout his career, Francis has held various roles, including Food and Beverage Manager at Calypso Bar and Grill and Training Consultant for the Rwanda Development Board, where he implemented comprehensive training programs that significantly improved service delivery and team collaboration. He possesses a diverse skill set, including staff scheduling, menu planning, crisis management, and event coordination, and is fluent in English and Swahili, with a fair knowledge of German.
