Wilmat Ananda Saman Kumara is a results-driven hospitality professional with extensive experience in managing operations and enhancing revenue within the hospitality industry. He has held various leadership roles, including Maître d’hôtel at Capo Bay Hotel and Villa Manager at Ishq Luxury Villas, where he excelled in team training, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction. Wilmat’s expertise spans hotel management, food and beverage operations, crisis management, and compliance, supported by proficiency in property management systems and software. He holds an Advanced Management Diploma in Food and Beverage Operations from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management and has completed various certifications, including a Level 1 & 2 Award in Wines & Spirits.
