About me
Habib has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in culinary roles. He has worked in various prestigious hotels and restaurants, starting at the Royal Zanzibar Hotel and Resort and progressing to positions such as Head Chef at Sunset Kendwa Zanzibar and Al-Khatar Catering & Restaurant in Dubai. He holds educational qualifications from the Zanzibar Institute of Tourism and has undergone training at the Royal Zanzibar Hotel. Fluent in Kiswahili and English, Habib enjoys interacting with people, listening to music, reading, and maintaining physical fitness. He is married and follows the Islamic faith.
