Paul is a motivated chef. He holds a Certificate in Hotel Management & Tourism (Food Production) from Hill Forest College of Tourism and has gained significant experience working at Kae Beach Resort & Spa Zanzibar since November 2021 as a Chef De Partie. His responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, monitoring inventory, and ensuring high-quality food production and presentation. Paul has previously worked at Lilaki Lodge and completed field work at Neptune Hotel, where he prepared various dishes and maintained kitchen hygiene. In addition to his culinary skills, Paul is adaptable and eager to learn, with a commitment to providing excellent service. He is fluent in English and Kiswahili and has completed additional training in customer care, first aid, and fire safety. Paul has received recognition as Best Employee of the Quarter at Sansi Kae Beach Resort and values teamwork and collaboration in high-pressure environments.
