About me

Phillibeth is a seasoned hospitality professional, he was educated at the Victoria Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism from 2000-2001 and later undertook practical training at the Sea Club Hotel and Resort in 2005. Sulley’s ample hospitality experience includes serving as a General Manager (2015-2024) at Tatu Pub & Restaurant where he oversaw daily operations, improved operational strategies, and effectively handled customer complaints. Previously, he worked as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Zanzibar Beach Resort (2013-2015) and Moivaro Fumba Beach Lodge (2012-2013), where he ensured customer satisfaction and managed kitchen staff. He also worked as a Bar Supervisor at African House Hotel (2011-2012) and a Head Barman at La Gemma Dell “Est (2008-2009, 2009-2011). He is proficient in Swahili and English, and his objective is to become a General Manager.
