Sean is a hardworking, ambitious, and reliable individual seeking work as a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, or General Manager. He holds a Higher-Diploma in Hospitality Management from The International Hotel School, Durban. He has approximately eight years of work experience in various managerial roles in the hospitality industry, having worked at renowned establishments such as Ocean Paradise Resort and Spa, Goodersons Drakensberg Gardens Golf and Spa Resort, and Protea Hotels by Marriott Hilton.

His responsibilities ranged from handling front office operations, managing staff and rosters, dealing with guest complaints, and overseeing reservations to assisting in the overall running of the hotel. He is competent in using software such as Micros, Pluspoint, Apex, Opera, and Microsoft Office and is conversant in English. He is now open to new opportunities and roles that will challenge him and provide further professional growth.
