Siddhartha is an experienced Front Office Manager and Guest Service Professional with over 7 years in the hospitality industry. He has held supervisory and executive roles at Acron Candolim Regina, The Park Calangute, Novotel & IBIS Techpark Bengaluru, and The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, among others. His expertise includes guest relations, reservations, team management, cash handling, and front desk operations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from NIPS School of Hotel Management, Kolkata and has worked with luxury brands such as The Oberoi, The LaLiT, and Accor Group in Qatar. He is proficient in various property management systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and customer service tools. Siddhartha is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali and has a passion for travel, photography, and sports.
