About me

Sandy Hoffmeister, born on February 27, 1975, in Zschopau and currently residing in Goslar, has a robust background in hospitality management. Since 2008, Sandy has been managing the “Historisches Cafe am Markt” under HoSt Gastronomie GmbH, focusing on budget planning, employee management, and guest relations. Prior to this role, Sandy held various managerial positions in front office operations at several Dorint hotels, where responsibilities included staff training, compliance monitoring, and financial reporting.

In addition to professional experience, Sandy has been actively involved in community service since 2013 as a member and Deputy Chairwoman of Malaika e.V., which supports an orphanage in Kenya. This role includes generating donations, establishing contacts, and implementing new policies and marketing strategies to adapt to changing needs, such as the transformation of the children’s home into a refugee center. Fluent in German and English, Sandy also possesses basic knowledge of Swahili and has strong social and communication skills, making her a valuable asset in both professional and community endeavors.
