He has a proven track record in operations, sales and marketing, finance, and human resources. His expertise includes managing hotel openings, project management, strategic planning, and team building, with a strong focus on customer care and sales growth. Currently, Subrajeet serves as the General Manager of Operations for the Lillywood Group of Hotels in Goa. His previous roles include significant positions with TimberTrail Hotels, Gargee Grand Group, Treehouse Club and Spa, and various other prestigious hotels in both India and Africa. He holds a three-year diploma in hotel management and possesses strong IT skills, along with certifications in quality and management training.
