About me

Ahmed is an experienced hospitality manager who has worked across multiple roles in the hotel industry. He holds a License of Arts from the French Language Department at the University of Asyut. His most recent role is at Amarina Jannah Marsa Alam Resort & Aquapark as Rooms Division Manager, where he managed function areas like Front Office, Housekeeping, laundry & recreation. Before this, he held similar positions in different resorts, including Coral Sun Beach Relax Resort, Magic Beach Hurghada Hotel, and Amarina Abu Soma Resort.

His responsibilities included coordinating hotel activities, ensuring cleanliness, managing revenue, and analyzing financial statements. Mohamed has also worked at Horas Spa Company and Aquamarine Sun Flower Resort. He has completed various training programs including IQ & I arrive training by IHG, customer care skills & services excellence, hospitality leadership skills & train the trainer, and several others. He is skilled in Fidelio system V 8, Opera system V 2.6-3.03-05, Word, Excel, and more.
