Salah is a highly experienced hospitality professional with over 23 years in luxury hotels and resorts across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, and Tanzania. He has extensive expertise in hotel pre-opening, operations, guest services, and leadership, having held General Manager and senior management positions at Jaz Belvedere Resort, Baron Hotel Cairo, and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort Zanzibar – Nungwi, among others.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with proficiency in Spanish, he holds a B.A. in Spanish Language & German from Ain Shams University. His core strengths include team development, revenue management, guest satisfaction, and strategic planning. Salah has a proven track record of improving hotel performance, managing large and diverse teams, and ensuring service excellence. Additionally, he has completed numerous certifications in revenue management, operations, leadership, and crisis management, making him a dynamic and results-driven leader in the hospitality industry.
