About me

Hany is a dynamic, results-oriented General Manager in the tourism industry with over 18 years of experience. He is skilled in creating memorable travel experiences, managing diverse groups, and has experience leading restaurant operations. He is multilingual, fluent in Arabic and English. Before this, he was a Civil Engineer at Azmeel Contracting Company from March 2015 till February 2016.

Most recently, Farid was the General Manager for Royal Egypt Tours (2022-2024) where he led operations, managed a multi-million dollars budget, and implemented strategic plans for business growth. His other prominent positions include being a Tour Guide and Tour Leader at Travco Holiday Sharm El Shaikh Branch Tui Uk (2020-2022), and a Customer Care Call Center Representative for Sutherland Alexandria (2018-2020). Farid possesses a B.A. in Tourism and Hotels from the Hotels Management Department.
