About me

Assaad has 20 years of experience and currently holds the position of Rooms Division Manager at Time Rako Hotel in Qatar. He’s notably worked with Rotana Hotels for over seven years and has experience in various top-tier hotels and resorts in the Middle East. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management from Notre Dame University in Lebanon. Assaad is fluent in English and Arabic and has evolved from a front desk agent to a Rooms Division Manager overseeing key operational aspects like budget formulation, financial operations, and guest satisfaction standards.

His prior roles included Hotel Manager at Boudl Hotels and Resorts in KSA and Front Office Manager at Dana Beach Resort and Rotana Hotels in Dubai. Assaad also has undergone several trainings, including finance management and crisis leadership.
