He has held multiple General Manager roles in prestigious hotels such as Golden Tulip Al Ansar, Warwick Hotels, and Rove Jeddah, where he led operations, renovations, and pre-opening strategies. His expertise spans budgeting, revenue management, sales planning, and SOP implementation. He has also worked in business development, setting up regional offices and handling corporate sales. Tamer is proficient in various Property Management Systems, financial controls, and customer experience platforms. He holds a BA in English Language and Literature and has completed extensive hospitality management training, including certifications from Cornell University and Radisson Business School. Fluent in Arabic and English, he also has basic proficiency in French and Italian for hotel operations.
